Check out this Stardew Valley Expansion Mod created by Tegobash! This will give you a diner, a gas station, your very own WINERY, and even introduces two new characters into the game - Jackie and Amed.
*I am a dumb dumb and totally forgot about Sam... Ugh.. the other new character is JACKIE! Duh :( It looks like Sam got a little creative with some spray paint. I don't think I ever saw Jackie's house. The gas station attendant may or may not be Jackie, but I think not.
I'm a little sick with allergies yet AGAIN, so sorry about the nasally congestion guys. I misspoke about the save file. It will not erase everything, it will just erase what is on your farm, minus the cave - the cave is still the same. All things you accomplished outside your farm should all still be perfect. Either way, just always back up your save files regularly, and especially if you plan on installing mods into your Stardew Valley.

Start by installing SMAPI. Then drop the next 3 files (#2, 3, 4) into the MOD folder in your Stardew Valley folder after SMAPI is installed.
