Leaders of 38 parties will be attending the meeting of the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Delhi on Tuesday, BJP president J P Nadda said on Monday. Nadda's statement came as Opposition parties arrived in Bengaluru to attend the second Opposition meeting on July 17 and 18, boasting of a strength of over 20 parties.
