I did a psilocybin healing ceremony!

 

I had been going through a lot of things physically and mentally and I needed a clear understanding. I knew I needed to look deep within myself. So I did some exploring and got recommended to a a holistic teacher who mentioned I may be a good candidate for a psilocybin ceremony. (You should have a healer recommend you first before trying and you have to be ready within your soul) it was the most beautiful experience for me!! Words can not describe my journey. I personally think any word would be an understatement. It helped me and opened me up in so many ways after my journey that I feel like I gave birth to a new soul. I totally view things in a different light now. I’m more away of my emotions and thought process. I wanted to share my journey with everyone because I know there are a lot of “strong” people like me who feel they don’t have a safe space to break down or people who will understand them. I know there are a lot of people like me who don’t know it’s ok to feel mad or discouraged and even anger but you have to learn how to express those emotions. So for me this journey was everything and I hope I help others to begin their own method of a healing journey💕
