Chocolate Chip Cookies- Full recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 114g softened butter 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 large egg (or 2 small eggs) 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips/chunks Method: Preheat oven to 180-190°C. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, cream softened butter and both sugars together. Beat the eggs and vanilla into the butter mixture and beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to this, then mix until just combined. Add the chocolate chip and mix in. Cover baking tray in baking paper. Spoon balls onto tray (roughly golf ball size)- keep them far apart as they spread! Bake for 8-10mins until only just starting to brown. Leave to cool before removing off tray. Enjoy!!
