Echo Chamber
Shoot down the others
In a two color game
Rejoice with the crowds
Who all want the same
Insult the minds of the ones who deplore us
Dance in the haze of a bourgeois parade
We already love everything that you say
Celebrated by the ones
Who adore us
Speaking in the echo chamber
The other side is so outrageous
We're the ones who stand here blameless
Still we wonder why nothing changes
Nothing changes
In the echo chamber
Closing our mind to the signs that exist
Cause we despise those lies from eloquent lips
Cling to the old and think without asking
It's so easy to hate what is distant from us
Resistant to anything different from us
Lap up the rhetoric fed to the masses
Speaking in the echo chamber
The other side is so outrageous
We're the ones who stand here blameless
Still we wonder why nothing changes
Nothing changes
In the echo chamber
Tell us we're right
Tell us we're right
Does it make us sleep easy at night
Tell us we're right
Tell us we're right
Aren't they the ones who started the fight
Tell us we're right
Tell us we're right
And then we won’t have to turn on the light
Speaking in the echo chamber
The other side is so outrageous
We're the ones who stand here blameless
Still we wonder why nothing changes
Nothing changes
In the echo chamber
