Zack Snyder's Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman, played by Jesse Eisenberg, is one of the most controversial elements of that movie; and for honestly, bad reason. He is deeply complex, he has fascinating dialogue; and most importantly he hates Superman for philosophical reasons...NOT because he's hungry for real estate.
