Sound Skulptor TS500 Tape Simulator - Sound Example with DM Kahn

 

In this video we dive deep showing a bunch of different sources ran through a pair of Sound Skulptor TS 500s. We run a mix bus, drum bus (both samples and real drums), kick, hi hat, snare, guitar/piano/keys or "riddim bus", percussions, male vocal, female vocal, bass guitar, trumpet section, and horn section. We also take a look at the EQ curves of the units as well as the saturation characteristics using Plugin Doctor.
