In 2016, Victorian Opera staged the Australian premiere of Virgil Thomson and Gertrude Stein's charmingly irrational opera 'Four Saints in Three Acts'. Presented in partnership with Deakin Motion.Lab and supported by the Australian Research Council, the production featured 3D digital scenery and a cast of singers aged 13 - 25 as part of the company's annual Youth Opera production.
