The first shows The Kennedys played together were as members of Nanci Griffith's Blue Moon Orchestra. During that 1993 tour on her Grammy-winning Other Voices, Other Rooms album, Nanci invited us to be her opening act in grand theaters all over Great Britain and Ireland. Since then, we have remained friends and collaborators with Nanci, touring with her on and off, co-writing with her and even co-producing her latest album, Intersections.
