Caricom Heads of Government held a special conference on Friday to address a number of regional matters and most importantly to witness Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley hand over the six-month CARICOM chairmanship to Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
