All of healthy nutrients packed in one loaf[Chia Seed, Oats, Flax seed][Gourmet Apron 416]

===== Ingredients ===== All purpose flour 170 g Whole wheat flour 150 g Chia seeds 2 Tbsp Ground Flax seed 2 Tbsp Oats 100 g Honey 3 Tbsp Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Warm water 1 Tbsp Hot water 300 ml Butter 30 g ===== Recipe ===== -Making dough Warm water, honey, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes. Put Oats, chia seed, flax seed into a bowl & add hot water. Set aside for about 30 minutes.Add flour and salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture. Mix until all dough come together. Add butter & knead by hand until smooth surface. Cover dough and let it rest for 30- 60 minutes. Stretch the dough & roll it.. Place the dough on baking pan. Preheat oven for 200°C or 395°F.
