It’s time to retire those nasty headphones. Most DJs will admit they hold on to beat up headphones waaaaaaay longer than they should. DJ headphones can be expensive and technically still work fine even they look like they got pulled out of a dumpster. 🤣 I’m guilty as charged. 🙋🏼‍♀️ It’s hard to justify throwing out a $250-$400 pair of headphones because of ripped leather and flaking headbands. Many DJs “repair” the visible wear with gaffers tape or duct tape but doesn’t offer a long term and clean looking solution. My made a stellar recommendation for a modular headphone that allows you to swap out worn or broken parts as needed so I ordered a pair.
