Unit 2 Eviction!

After just under a year, another person who was perfect in every way when they applied to rent one of my units, is now evicted! Constant police numerous times everyday, warrants, charges , selling drugs to 13 year olds, insurance theft, insurance fraud, break and enters, her young kids being seized from the home months ago, she's finally gone! Numerous young well known to police teenagers took residence in the basement with her daughter. Eviction went pretty smooth, unlike what we were expecting, it was after i got rid of my camera that police had to return multiple times to deal with this woman and her daughter and the wannabe teenage thugs! Hopefully, this will be the last eviction for a long time to come!
