Testing a pneumatic brake bleeder, still having a soft brake pedal on the 3rd gen Toyota 4Runner Grr

We're still having a soft pedal issue after NUMEROUS bleeds and think the culprit is the ABS module. Our long term goal with this is to do some offroading locally and ABS is not ideal off road anyway. Our plan is to delete the ABS module after we return from vacation and HOPEFULLY, this will correct our soft pedal.
