Buy Oyster Visitor Card when you visit London especially if it's your first time. Otherwise, you will spend a lot of money for your travel. I bought it GBP 20 and I can reload the card as well. You can use this for different types of transport in London such as buses, trains, tubes, etc., Different tickets from Heathrow Rail to Paddington or vice versa which GBP 37 valid for one journey.
