Breeding Mystery Snails

Want to breed mystery snails? This video will get you started! From snail biology to breeding and care, this video covers how to start your own little mystery snail farm! I filmed this video from my own little freshwater aquarium. We stared with only three snails and got a total of 18. They're all brown even though the father snail was golden. I guess brown is a dominant gene. I am curious to know what would happen if I bred one of these brown snails to another golden snail. If you have any experience with mystery snails or questions, please leave your comments below. Thanks for watching! Mommy SeaStar Productions, c. Danielle Rosaria, 2019.
