Mr. Karobka hadn’t visited his dentist for a long while. In his absence, the clinic had adopted a new routine procedure. Gideon Beresford and Behnam Taheri have been making films together since they met at university, which Gideon attended on a full scholarship… and Behnam did not. Open Wide is their first collaboration as a directing duo. It premiered at Palm Springs International ShortFest in June 2018.
