An odd pulsing signal received at 1000 UTC in Mildura Australia on the 18th October 2014, the carrier/transmission appeared to be almost 20Khz wide in nature and was still audible although barely the next morning, received on a variety of radios, a random wire antenna as well as a T2FD, this was later confirmed to be a CODAR (Coastal Ocean Dynamics Applications Radar) signal. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coastal...
