In Short, Adam Smith is the real founder of Economic Theory whereas we can say Physiocrats are the real, scientific form of economic policymakers which shape the world economy till now. All the writers from Adam Smith until John Maynard Keynes were taking the theories of Physiocrats and refined according to the situation and time.
