D&W has gone from strength to strength recently and are now releasing a vinyl only EP and making a mark launching their own record label after a journey of building up a fanbase. In doing so attracting such names as Michael Lovatt through the work of the engine behind the label, LayLowLeee, releasing his own debut track on the EP. D&W seek local talent to grow and gain a culture, which nowadays, stands out. Starting and continuing with those closest first up, MTHL and Monist.
D&W has made itself the home of underground in Drogheda, Ireland with promise to keep rolling with more works in the pipeline. It leaves the taste of meaning and excitement in the mouth that gives promise to the future and for those involved, a warm rumble within the soul that resonates with everyone interacting.
Comprised of Leee Riley, Erikas Gverzdys, Ben Dilley, Eoin Flanagan and Alan Buckley, a mix of DJs and producers with a passion to share their varied and similar tastes. With the launch party coming up, 11th August, and a follow up gig in The Roundy/plugd in Cork on the 18th August.
