Kate Brubacher, 16, was born with Down syndrome. Traditional teaching methods weren't working, so her parents brought in a teacher, Barbara Roblin to tutor her. Out of that relationship, grew Dragonfly a program that supports learners with Down syndrome. Video by Julie Oliver
