This is my super tasty beef bourguignon recipe (or beef bourg as Julia Childs called it). Vegetables, beef, and gravy! Oh my! The ultimate comfort food and a French spin on a stew type dish that the family will love. As usual my recipe is unique and a combination of all the best parts of other recipes.
