Okay, this is probably my favorite cover of mine to date, personally. I loved coming up with my own interpretation of this song and making the arrangement, and it ended up so good in my opinion. I changed most of my tones as well, and the whole ambient feel of this song is really what made it. I wanted to make this song as heavy as I could, and I added a lot of different rhythmical sections.
Despite making this cover, I haven't played the original Metroid! You can probably guess where I heard this song from, and in fact, I even took some sections from that version in Melee. But honestly that just made the piece feel even better. I really hope you guys like this one!
Super proud of this one, next week I'll try to hit up a newer old game you guys like. :)
