Watch Gretchen Menn discuss Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page, and Zepparella, from her interview with Musicians On The Record with David Ward.
Gretchen Menn isn’t your average guitar hero. She has brains, beauty, and the guitar shredding skills to melt your face off and make you run back to your guitar teacher for more lessons. All that, and she plays like Jimmy Page! In fact, she performs his music in ‘Zepparella,’ an all-female Led Zeppelin Tribute Band all over the U.S.
She has studied, in equal parts, the music of Mozart, Beethoven, Steve Morse, Frank Zappa, and she once flew regional jets to support her six-string habit. Watch this amazing guitarist’s story.
