Scale the Summit - Whales Solo Guitar Cover

Ive never limited myself to just one genre. Out of all the styles I play, progressive metal is probably my favorite. 'Whales' by Scale The Summit has one of the best solos I've ever heard. Recorded by Chris Letchford and Travis Levier. This piece is full of techniques. Sweeps, string skipping, tapping, harmonics, bends, vibrato, and exotic chords. If you're a guitarist who doesn't listen to metal but curious about new techniques I highly encourage you all to give it a listen. Enjoy 🎸 Please leave a comment, subscribe! :) Chris Letchford – 7-string guitar Travis Levrier – 7-string guitar Jordan Eberhardt – 6-string bass Pat Skeffington – drums http://www.scalethesummit.com Chris Letchford & Travis LeVrier "Whales" video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_eh6C0EBP8 Facebook: https://m.facebook.com/miguel.estevez.169 Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/mikey_gtrs Equipment: Schecter Hellraiser EMG pickups DR strings Yamaha APX Daddario strings Gibson pickups Fred Kelly picks Monster cables IRig Pro Focusrite Scarlett Logic Pro X Positive Grid Bias Amp/FX Toontrack EZ drummer GoPro Final Cut Pro
