Marantz MCR 611 sound difference between CD & USB flac

FLAC was made from the original CD - Electric Guest "Mondo". I really love the CD's sound. Bass is so natural, deep whilst flac has much more middle-bass and is much more nervous (sharp, fast). Music from USB has much more high tones (more sybilants - cd - has NO sybilants). MARANTZ - why the sound from usb is not the same as in CD ?
