The banks hire this "organized crime syndicate" to "service" mortgages. There are currently hundreds of lawsuits in our courts against them.while they continue to harass everyday homeowners. People like me have uncovered extensive fraud by this company when we've gone to our County recorders Office and checked them out, yet our authorities are doing nothing to stop them. Winning in Court is currently a 50/50 proposition, and who knows how many cases are settled out of Court while SPS takes Government money and likely gets paid multiple times while taxpayers are out on the streets. Arm yourself with information and fight. SPS and companies like them must be stopped.
