So i was making this beat the other day and it reminds me alot of a j cole type beat i think that j cole type beat 2017 beats kinda missin that oldschool false prophet type beat feelings.
Yet the drums and the groove really remind me of a kendrick lamar type beat it has that good kid maad city type beat feeling.
i think kendrick lamar type beat 2017 beats are lacking a little bit of the usual switchup so i put a huge switchup in the beat that gives is that extra freshness. I think the instrumental came out great and is def one of my better type beats of 2017
i think ill do more j cole type beats in the future of 2017 :)
stay wavy
