Somin: “I first met BM when I was 16 years old, and I rmb him being really tall and what stuck in my mind was he was wearing a red basketball jersey and he had a huge camera bag.”

Jiwoo: “When I first entered the company it was BM’s birthday, I was surprised because of his tall height, but he was so cute holding his cake smiling innocently/naively at the camera!”
J.Seph: “Firstly, (my first impression of him was) he is tall; he looked like a gangster from the ghetto because of his red basketball jersey. I wanted to give him a basketball as a present.”

BM: “When I first saw Somin she was like , 15,16? Yeah, she was like a little baby; super cute and she looked like an angel! But look at her now, she’s now on stage twerking right now” *LAUGHS*
Jiwoo: “I first saw her when I went to the company for auditions. (she starts explaining the situation first) Recording studio can get very hot at times. I saw Somin after she was recording in the booth. She came out doing this*flips hair* while telling everyone ‘thank you for the hard work’. ”
J.Seph: I met her when she was 16. She had pigtails and she looked like a girl from the Swiss Alps. She was very cute.
K.A.R.D’s first impression of Jiwoo:
BM: “When I first saw Jiwoo, I saw her on my birthday. So it was like, she was a birthday present! YAY! Now, when I first saw her, it was the day we recorded ‘Oh Nana’. And when I heard her voice on the song, the first thing I thought was, cause we were looking for our last member, the first thing I thought was, ‘oh my god, K.A.R.D’s last puzzle piece has been found.’ ”
Somin: “Even though her hair now is short, when I first met her, her hair was up to her waist. That was memorable. She is pretty always/no matter what.”
J.Seph: “So cutie. Sexy. Pretty. Gorgeous.”
K.A.R.D’s first impression of J.Seph:
BM: “When I first saw J.Seph, super funny story. You know how in Korea, they have that dongseng and hyung thing? You know how they count the year in your belly in Korea and not like here out in the States/North Americas. So, I thought he was a year older than me for like, the first couple of weeks. I was like hyung, hyung, hyung the whole time. And he told me he wanted to see my ID so I showed it to him and we figured out we are the same uh, we were born in the same year; and we became friends after that. So he’s not a year older than me anymore. THANK GOD ”
Somin: “J.seph was so handsome I was surprised.”
Jiwoo: When I first saw him, he gave off a very cold and aloof impression, so I was a little scared. But I was wearing the same grey hoodie as him at the time, so he was like ‘oh couple couple!’ (basically saying they’re a match/couple). It was cute.
