Swing from Crunchy Echoes to Wild Swells with EP Tape Echo
EP Tape Echo supplies supple, crunchy echoes, and, with a flick of the wrist, can be pushed into swells of wild self-oscillation that gets more murky, dusty and gritty with each repeat. A true classic, the EP Tape Echo was inspired by the ultimate vintage solid-state tape echo unit.
Expanded Delay – at On the maximum delay time is 2,400 milliseconds; at Off, the maximum delay is 600 milliseconds
Tape Hiss – toggles modeled analog tape hiss
Head Tilt – controls the simulated alignment/misalignment of tape heads
Wow/Flutter – controls the amount of wow and flutter in tape mechanism
Tape Speed – changes playback speed of effect
Sync - synchronize the Tape Speed to the Pro Tools session tempo
Feedback – controls the level of the output signal from Tape Echo that is fed back into the input of Tape Echo
Rec Level – controls the signal level running
Mix – controls blend between the dry and echo signal
EP Tape Echo is available as a Mono or Stereo plug-in.
