Uncle Warren shows you how to make Jerk Chicken. Enjoy!!! ON BBQ: Season your chicken with the following: garlic, black pepper, meat seasoning, mushroom sauce and irie jerk sauce or any jerk sauce. Place on BBQ until tenderly cooked. OVEN: If you are putting it in the oven you can add onions, thyme and other seasons, (along side the Jerk Season), so it can make a gravy. Set the oven to 400 degrees and cover pot. It should take about 40 minutes, maybe more or less depending on your oven.
