August Burns Red - Provision (Vic Firth Contest Entry - Jarrod Rose)

 

Hey everyone! I'm Jarrod Rose from Buffalo, NY. Check out my entry into the Vic Firth Matt Greiner play-along contest! I've been a huge fan of August Burns Red ever since Thrill Seeker came out and Matt Greiner is definitely a huge inspiration to me. I was very excited when I learned that Matt Greiner was releasing a signature stick with Vic Firth and that they teamed up for a drum play-along contest, so naturally I had to put together an entry! All four separate views are of the same take and of the same drum audio. The goal for my entry in this contest was to keep things real while still having multiple views to see. I want to thank Vic Firth for endorsing Matt Greiner so such an awesome contest could happen, my amazing friends and family for helping me make my entry happen and Angelo Guy Ondras over at Attic Static Recording Studio for helping me put together the video. I used DW drums, Zildjian Cymbals, Remo Drumheads, and Vic Firth Matt Greiner drum sticks in this video.
