This is Komachi Onozuka's theme from Touhou 9: Phantasmagoria of Flower View This is the type of theme that you need to let grow on you. You need to listen to it a good number of times. But don't think about whether you like it or not. It is a good theme, it gives off a sense of strength and pride. But not the strength and pride of a complete jerk, of course.
