Tania Evans, Ex-Culture Beat vocalist. This song was her lead solo single and had significant success and airplay. She has a fantastic voice that we can definitely not forget about... Sadly with time She didn't record more songs... exept for a couple of other solo songs, including the duo with Kosmonova called "Singin' In My Mind" which is also a great song...
