For all of you that do not know the beauty of what LP vinal records were.. And why and how it was sooo much better.. When we had music on records we could get the same records the DJ's spun.. These were re-cut recordings redone at the same studio the actual single was released at. Often by the same artist.. Although sometimes a secondary artist would mix the track and add his or her own touch of music to it.. The 12 inch remix was the most popular mix to get of any song.. Now a days you just can't get re-cut tracks anymore.. So here it is the clasic 12 inch remix of hazy shade of winter by the bangles.. The Bangles did this song in 1987 as a cover for the soundtrack of a movie called less than zero. The song itself was originally a song by simon and garfunkel released in 1968 The Bangles for some unknown reason removed one verse from the song.. and that verse went as follows.. At any convenient time Funny how my memory slips while looking over manuscripts Of unpublished rhyme Drinking my vodka and lime Other than that I feel they did a very good cover of the song..
