How to do a gravity blast/ one hand roll (freehand roll/ fulcrum technique). Recorded the summer of 2005 and at the moment, I was 17,. Note: The reason I named this video "The Swedish Gravity Blast" is because it's in Swedish, not because I claim that I or any other Swedish person invented the technique. A bit sloppy at some points, but hey, it did this on the behalf of a friend of mine.
