Mike Florio says divorce is near for Steelers and Mike Tomlin

 

Mike said the Steelers operation looks like it is going off the rails with George Pickens. Mike believes that Mike Tomlin has already failed with this player and they have to figure things out at season’s end. Mike thinks Pickens does have a right to be frustrated with how this offense has looked this year and how they haven’t used him enough. Mike wouldn’t be surprised if a trade is requested in the off-season. Mike talked about the dominos not being ready to fall yet, but this is the time when they are getting set up. Mike thinks the Steelers internally want the relationship with Tomlin to end and they could be working their way to making the other side of the equation to want it too.
