Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley voiced his disagreement with the use of the national anthem by soca artiste Neil Iwer George in his Carnival 2024 release “Happy People”. Noting that the national anthem is special and therefore should be treat in a likewise manner, Rowley said: “I would rather if the national anthem not be treated that way."
