Detective Pikachu has been a long awaited Pokemon to make a return to Pokemon Go especially in the shiny form. During the first time when Detective Pikachu was released to Pokemon Go back in 2019, the shiny form was not available unless a certain situation happened which made it one of the rarest if not the rarest Pokemon to exist until this event happens...
