I don’t believe people have to force themselves to display their empathy on social media; it’s a personal choice. Also, you don’t know how people are supporting outside of social media. But if fear is the only thing stopping you from saying what is right, then I think it’s important to reconsider where your values lie. The Brother Malcolm X said, ‘A man who stands for nothing will fall for anything,’ and that will always be the case. I don’t justify any atrocities and am sympathetic to the loss of all innocent life, but I shouldn’t even have to say that. #gaza Currently aboard with family and filmed this in pretty trash lighting, but the message remains the same.
