Mindset work, gentle stretching moving, and deep breaths are also essential. This class is a blend of Hatha, yin, and gentle yoga. Also sometimes referred to as slow yoga. They are Hatha--style classes to support women who are depleted, stressed, frustrated, and reactive with both movement, breath, stretching and coaching and mindset work. If you are a woman physician with fatigue, menopause symptoms, burnout, overwhelm, low motivation and energy, or anxiety, these classes will help you let go of stress, feel better, and begin to make changes in your health, relationships, career, and life. These hatha-style classes are mindful and include yin, attention to breathing, and nervous system health. They are taught by a 50-year-old woman who is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, a life coach, a physician, and a wellness expert. They are designed to help you soak in a pause, nourish yourself, align, stretch, strengthen, and restore calm to your overworked nervous system. Learn to breathe in self-compassion and kindness and breathe out worry and doubt. Practice tender self-compassion, lessen chronic pain, and let go of urgency, fear, resentment, jealousy, anger, and other intense emotions.
