Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino faces questions from reporters on Parliament Hill over revelations concerning his staff’s knowledge of Paul Bernardo's transfer to a medium-security prison. The minister was speaking with the media after his appearance at the Procedure and House Affairs committee as it continues its study of the Chinese government’s alleged attempts to intimidate Conservative Michael Chong and other MPs.
