da ich noch Schinkenwürfel und Frühlingszwiebel da hatte, von der Champignonpfanne, die Du hier findest:

konnte ich schnell ein leckeres Omelette zubereiten, das war sehr lecker😊
Ja, bei uns wird alles verwendet und aufgebraucht...friesisch-schwäbisch halt😉
Ihr braucht also:
5 Eier
eine Frühlingszwiebel
etwas Salz
150 g Schinkenwürfel und
etwas Butter zum Ausbacken.
So wird's gemacht:
Die Eier aufschlagen, die Frühlingszwiebel waschen, klein schneiden und zu dem Rührei geben. Schinkenwürfel zugeben und unterrühren, dann nur noch mit mit etwas heißer Butter in der Pfanne ausbacken. Das sieht richtig super appetitlich aus und schmeckt! 😍

So you need:
5 eggs
a spring onion
a bit of salt
150 g diced ham and
some butter for frying.
How to do it:
Crack the eggs, wash the spring onions, cut into small pieces and add to the scrambled eggs. Add the diced ham and stir in, then just fry in the pan with a little hot butter.
This looks really appetizing and tastes great! 😍
