The people at Highland Stables tell you about the Giant White Stallion. The person with the giant green crystal wants the Giant Horse in order to give you the crystal. The Giant horse is where the Horse God used to be in Zelda BOTW. The Map I show in the beginning has all of the points you will need to visit to complete the shrine quest. You may not have to bring the Giant White Stallion back to the stable before putting the crystal in place, I only did it because I was afraid it would run away and didn't want to take that chance. The travel Medallions that you get from Robbie are ideal for this shrine quest. Shrine Treasure Chest: Topaz 1.5x-1.7x speed
