烏俄戰打到現在，歐洲的彈藥庫存已經不多了。所以歐盟從歐洲和平基金拿出來20億歐元，用於擴建歐洲軍工企業，並在未來12月內援烏100萬枚155毫米炮彈。那麼歐盟能成功嗎？ Since the Battle of Ukraine and Russia, Europe's ammunition inventory has run low.
