Sachin Pilot dubbed Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot a "leader of Vasundhara Raje" on Tuesday, in an all-out attack on his competitor. "After hearing Ashok Gehlot's speech in Dholpur, it appears that his leader is Vasundhara Raje Scindia, not Sonia Gandhi," Pilot told reporters today. For the unversed, the Congress MLA was reacting to Gehlot's comment from Sunday. The Rajasthan Chief Minister hads said that Vasundhara Raje and two other BJP leaders helped save his government during the 2020 MLA mutiny. Gehlot had also slammed the rebel Congress MLAs, saying they should return the money they had gotten from the BJP so they could carry out their duties without preference.
