Allegations of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior have surfaced against Wrestling Federation of India President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. According to complaints filed by two adult female players, Singh has been accused of inappropriate touching and physical contact at tournaments, warm-ups and in various offices. An Indian Express report has revealed these shocking details in its report. At least eight incidents are listed in two separate complaints filed on April 21 at New Delhi's Connaught Place police station. The Indian Express has learned that both the complainants have put on record how Singh allegedly used them to touch them inappropriately and sexually on the pretext of checking their breathing patterns. The identity of these two women players has been kept secret. As per the complaints, Singh's influence as WFI president and fear of creating hurdles in the careers of the players was the reason why these wrestlers did not speak up earlier despite being mentally and physically abused.
