0:01 Hey guys, Dave here again. Carrying on from our reminder template video where we go over how to attach reminder templates to products and how to sell them and generate their reminders for our customers.
0:15 On this video, I want to go over how you can view your queued reminders and your sent reminders in the report.
0:22 And if this is the first time you decide to automate your reminders and you've been using Turbo for a while, how to get a list of products or patients where you want to see patients who purchased a product, we say four months ago, so that you can generate automatically the reminders right now.
0:41 This can be done without having templates against products. And if it's something where you just want to every now and again, a list of patients who were prescribed certain products and send them out in SMS, it's a great way to do it.
0:55 This can even be used for mail shots. If we pop down the analytics, go to our veterinary group, you'll see two reports.
1:06 You have reminders and patients by product. If we look at patients by product, I'm just going to search for random product.
1:16 We don't get any data. That is because this product has not been prescribed to one of our patients yet. So we're just going to do that right now.
1:30 We go to our, add tilt, tilt them voices. Add tilt them voices. And we pop back to our report again.
2:11 If we just select the product we just assigned, which is our batch product, it's easy straight away that the customer comes up.
2:22 So for instance, if you had puppy vaccination and you want to see all your patients who got that four months ago to send them out a mail shot, SMS or anything else, you'd be able to pop that in there and put in your reporting periods.
2:38 And just hit refresh. If we select all our animals there, then click our options button and we can schedule an SMS reminder.
2:48 Leave the option to go. So go in here and select out our template. Once the template is in there, we can modify it more if required.
2:56 When we hit schedule, that will generate a schedule for all the patients that we have selected. I'd say we have a lot of patients on screen there and we're not sure how many there is or what going on.
3:12 We can pop in here and use our on screen filter to narrow it down more and more. For instance, if you want it, all your patients does not equal a blank phone number.
3:28 That would filter out anyone who does not have a phone number. Makes it easier for you just to select the people who do for your report.
3:44 Our next report we want to look at is our reminders report. This report shows us all the SMSs and email reminders we have set up.
4:01 It gives us the stench status in these cases. These both are queued at 1 for tomorrow morning and 1 for the 29th.
4:10 Both of these will be emailed out on the day they are queued for. That is a great way if you want to see if you have been contacted or what has been contacted.
4:23 If we were to go back a little here and refresh that, a list of everything that has ever been set up on a demo account and we wanted to create a filter, we would say, let's just say that a patient has rang us.
4:38 Not even a patient person has rang us and said they are getting SMSs from us. We are not sure what the phone number is attached.
4:47 We can pop in here and type in the number in the contains and that would filter down any of the SMSs that had been sent through Turbo commentary, quickly allowing you to get the customer's link too and remove that number.
