TRX2023 NBFM oscillation starting effects

Elsewhere on the internet I'm regularly publishing my results during the prodcuction phases of this transmitter. I'm still puzzeled about the huge amount of strong harmonics produced by the oscillator by it self, not by any ampification I mean. I had to use a LPF to filter the output and still the second harmonic is only 50dB below the carrier. Anyway we discussed how an oscillator is settling down after starting and appearantly the bias level is chosen by the oscillation itself (towards Class-C) and in this case my mosfet is clipping so producing lots of harmonics. This video shows the spectrum while I start the oscillator, for a very brief moment of time it produces lots of strong harmonics while it's settling down.
