A Win More card in ygo, describes a card which can only be activated when your already in an advantageous game state, in which case, the effect gives you and even greater advantage to help win the game even more. The problem with these cards, is that if you can use them, you were probably gonna win anyway, and the card placements in your deck could have gone to more staples that would help you get into a winning state in the first place.
